My husband, Neil and I, have been so blessed by Shelli’s care of our trailer at Holiday Out. We purchased it from my mom, for my mom, thinking she would be able to use it as she normally had, but she had some health issues that prevented that. We are only able to come for a short time in the fall and a little while in the winter… It only took one hurricane for us to realize that this trailer was a monkey on our backs… we felt we would have no choice but to sell. We connected with Shelli and she was willing and able to check out our trailer for us and has done so for the past 7 years…Opening and closing our trailer and letting us know of any issues – and taking care of those issues in a timely manner! Above and beyond care for us and our place that enables us to enjoy the short time we have at Holiday Out while we are there.
